BLOT è un' azienda che nasce con l'intento di confermare la professionalità e la qualità del prodotto italiano. Il nostro gruppo di lavoro è composto da tecnici artigiani con 60 anni di esperienza nel campo tessile.La continua ricerca di materiali che possano integrarsi con i nostri filati esclusivi sono alla base del continuo sviluppo aziendale. Un team di designers è sempre a disposizione del cliente così da rendere esclusivo il progetto . Tutti i nostri tappeti sono interamente personalizzabili a seconda della richiesta del cliente, sia per le forme , colori ,disegni etc . I nostri tappeti sono 100% made in Italy.

Our team is composed of technical craftsmen with 60 years of experience in the textile field. The continuous search for materials that can complement our exclusive yarns is the basis of the company's continuous development. A team of designers is always at the customer's disposal to make the project exclusive. All our carpets are fully customisable according to the customer's requirements, whether in terms of shapes, colours, patterns etc. Our carpets are 100% made in Italy.

Fatto su misura

Il cliente / architetto / interior può ovviamente scegliere il filato da utilizzare per la creazione del tappeto tra 100% Cashmere , 100% Seta ( non seta vegetale tipo il bamboo ma la ben più preziosa seta da baco ) , 70% Cashmere 30% Seta ( da baco ) , 100% Lana Merinos , 100% cotone . Il filato che utilizziamo , e siamo gli unici a farlo , è filato usato per la maglieria ,quindi il migliore sul mercato , che ritorciamo e lo portiamo al titolo che serve per produrre un tappeto . Si può scegliere la forma del tappeto , la dimensione , il colore ( scelta effettuata su cartella colori comprendente 120 tonalità , se in queste 120 tonalità non viene trovato il colore voluto si sceglie tramite pantone e provvediamo a tingere il filato ) , il nastro termosaldato per il retro del tappeto ( personalizzabile con nome del cliente/architetto/interior ,firme etc ) . La base dei tappeti è in 100% cotone e ogni singolo tappeto viene realizzato presso il nostro stabilimento quindi 100% made in Italy.

MADE-TO-MEASURE

The customer/architect/interior designer can of course select the yarn(s) to be used for the creation of the carpet from 100% cashmere, 100% silk (not vegetable silk e.g. deriving from bamboo but the much more precious silk from silkworms), 70% cashmere & 30% silk (from silkworms), 100% merino wool, and last but not least 100% cotton.

The yarns we use, and we are the only ones to do so, are yarns designated to be used for knitting, hence the best on the market. These are then being twisted and brought to the count needed to produce a carpet. It is possible to choose the shape of the rug, the size, the colour (choice made based on a colour chart comprising 120 shades; if the desired colour is not found in these 120 shades, it is chosen among Pantone colours and we dye the yarn), the heat-sealed tape for the back of the rug (customisable with the name of the client/architect/interior, signatures, etc). The base of the rugs is 100% cotton and every single rug is made in our factory, therefore 100% made in Italy.

CONSEGNA

I nostri tappeti sono accuratamente imballati in imballaggi adeguati e robusti garantendo quindi un trasporto sicuro. Consegniamo in tutto il mondo fornendo tutta la documentazione necessaria per i paesi che lo richiedono.

INSTALLAZIONE

A richiesta possiamo fornire un servizio di installazione che comprende : apertura dell'imballaggio , lo spostamento dei mobili esistenti , la posa dei tappeti .

PULIZIA

Con ogni tappeto forniamo una guida con le istruzioni per perdersi cura del tappeto stesso ( macchie più comuni e le relative istruzioni per la pulizia ) . Dopo alcuni anni è necessaria una pulizia profonda , naturalmente possiamo eseguire questo servizio su richiesta .

RIPARAZIONI In caso di danni al tappeto forniamo un servizio di assistenza e dove possibile di riparazione .

OUR SERVICES

DELIVERY

Our carpets are carefully packed in suitable, sturdy packaging, thus ensuring safe transport. We deliver worldwide, providing all necessary documentation for countries where required.

INSTALLATION

Upon request we can provide an installation service that includes: opening of the packaging, moving the (existing) furniture, the laying of carpets.

CLEANING

With each carpet we provide an instruction guide in regards of how to care for the carpet itself (e.g. cleaning instructions for common stains). After a few years a deep cleaning is necessary.

We can of course perform this service on request.

REPAIRS

In case of damage to the carpet we provide a service and - where possible - can carry out the repair.
